WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
I unfortunately do not accept refunds for change of mind or because you don't like my drawing. I offer a service and services are not refundable. I do however offer drawing revisions if in case a customer is unsatisfied with their illustration in order to change whatever the customer doesn't like.
If merchandise products are received damaged or broken. I will organize for a replacement product to be send to you under an accelerated shipping arrangement. I only request that you share an image of the damaged product so I can share it with our service provider.
How do I organize a revision or new product to be sent to me?
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and give me all the details you need!
What if my printed product arrives damaged, or there is a fault?
Whilst I hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact me immediately at email@example.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
